Cost for Interlibrary Loans

The library makes every effort to obtain requested materials at no charge. However, on occasion there may be a fee required for obtaining an item and that fee may be passed on to the patron. We will contact you for permission to complete the request if that is the case.

Picking up Your Materials

You will be notified via email when your requested materials are available for pick up from the NUNM Library front desk. Please note that most journal articles will be delivered to you electronically using the email you provided in the form above.

*Off-site Residents: Off-site residents are able to request up to 3 interlibrary loan articles per month. Off-site residents are not able to request books through interlibrary loan.

Copyright compliance: By submitting this request online, you are acknowledging that you have read the copyright statement below and agree to its terms:

NOTICE – WARNING CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS: The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, US Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted materials. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be “used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.” If a user makes a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of “fair use,” that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copyright order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of the copyright law.
