American Botanical Council Resources
Includes a number of databases and full text resources regarding herbal medicines.
Includes an electronic version of A Modern Herbal published in 1931 by Mrs. M. Grieve. Contains over 800 varieties of medicinal, culinary, and cosmetic herbs, including economic properties, cultivation and folk-lore. Also contains articles as well as links to other herbal information resources including Cornell University Poisonous Plants Page.

Native American Ethnobotany Database
Contains over 44,000 items, including foods, drugs, dyes, fibers and other plants, representing uses by 291 Native American groups of 4,029 species from 243 different plant families.

Tropical Plant Database
A large, well-designed database run by Leslie Taylor, a naturopath from the A.N.M.A. Focuses on plants of the Amazon rainforest. Search by plant name, disorders and conditions, plant properties and actions, and recorded ethnobotanical uses. Includes drawings and photographs.
